By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We provide VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and game server hosting services. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: illegal content distribution, spam, malware distribution, and DDoS attacks.

Payment is due in advance for all services. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Eligible first-time service purchases may be submitted for refund review within 24 hours of initial activation. Requests must be opened through an official Hostlixo Cloud support channel during that window. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, domain or license charges, setup work, cryptocurrency or other irreversible payment fees, services suspended for policy violations, and accounts that have consumed excessive resources or initiated a payment dispute are not eligible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, and processing time depends on the payment provider. Full conditions are published in our Refund Policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In case of extended downtime, service credits may be provided as outlined in our SLA documentation.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
